How long does delivery take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our Seattle-area warehouse.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on location. (For reference: West Coast is often 2–3 days. Midwest and Texas about 3–4. East Coast typically 4–5.)
Yes. International shipping is $12.95 flat to all countries. Delivery times vary by country.

Many people find that their hair stays feeling fresh a little longer after washing. The shampoo is formulated to create a rich lather that helps thoroughly cleanse the scalp and remove buildup, which can leave hair feeling lighter and cleaner.
Most shampoo and conditioner bars are used like a traditional bar of soap and stored loose in the shower. Our bars are designed in a twist-up stick format, which makes them easier to apply, store, and travel with. The shampoo is also formulated to lather well, giving you a familiar washing experience while still being a concentrated solid format.
Not at all. Rebar uses high-performance haircare formulas in a solid format, designed to deliver similar results you expect from a premium liquid shampoo or conditioner.
No. Just glide the bar onto wet hair and massage. The formula activates quickly with water.
By removing excess water, we create a concentrated formula that lasts longer, travels easily, and reduces packaging waste.
Product Use
Yes. Because the formula is solid, it isn’t subject to the liquid limits for carry-on luggage. You can pack it in your carry-on without worrying about the usual 3.4 oz liquid restrictions, making it an easy option for travel.
Thoroughly wet your hair. Glide the bar directly onto the scalp using small circular strokes, focusing on the roots. Massage to build lather, then rinse well.
After shampooing, glide the bar from mid-length to ends. Distribute evenly with your fingers, leave on for 1–2 minutes, then rinse.
Our Well-Balanced formula is designed to work well for most hair types, including straight, wavy, and curly hair. The shampoo uses coconut-derived cleansers that create a satisfying lather and thoroughly cleanse the scalp, while the conditioner helps soften and smooth without weighing hair down. If your hair is very dry or heavily processed, you may find that using a little less shampoo and focusing conditioner on the mid-lengths and ends works best.
Keep it out of direct water when not in use. No drying rack required. You can keep the lid on or off.
Refill
Twist the small circle in the existing tube all the way down. Remove the new refill from the refill container and remove the straw from the center. Align the hole with the stick in the tube. Push the new refill all the way down until secure.
No. Keep your tube and simply replace the bar.
Yes. Refill bars are available so you can reuse your packaging and reduce waste.
